Maintenance Supervisor

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance and Repair Supervisor for their facility in San Luis Potosi, MX.
**Job Duties Include**:
- Training and developing employees, planning and delegating work, disciplining, handling employee complaints, and conducting performance reviews
- Scheduling and administering fleet maintenance
- Assisting in troubleshooting problems with equipment
- Ensuring compliance on a day-to-day basis with State, Federal and Company regulations
- Working closely with location manager and regional maintenance management, providing status updates
- Ensuring maintenance technicians are trained on current operating procedures, are properly equipped, and are motivated so that the maintenance program can operate in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
- Completing special projects as assigned, including performing hands-on work functions
