Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance staff.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop the maintenance program for preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures and create an action plan.
• Create and implement analysis to minimize breakdown and repairs.
• Lead the execution of failure analysis using the company´s methods.
• Train new maintenance employees and implement maintenance processes and procedures.
• Create a work environment with safety and health.
• Record and track daily / weekly equipment downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics and/or automation is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to manage maintenance technicians.
• Good problems solving skills and results oriented.
