Position Summary
Our Maintenance Department at Lillooet Hospital and Health Centre is currently seeking a permanent full‑time Maintenance Supervisor 1 to join our team. This position works Monday to Friday day shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and requires a valid Class 5 driver’s license, as responsibilities include providing services to multiple Interior Health facilities.
Your Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor 1, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You will lead and support maintenance staff, coordinate daily work assignments, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure repairs are completed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and organizational standards.
