Maintenance Supervisor: Lead Equipment Reliability & Safety

WireCo in Ciudad de México is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring operational continuity. The role includes managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs and leading a team of technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a Technical Degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, and knowledge of EAM systems along with strong problem-solving skills.
