**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**:
Maintain production equipment, metalworking processes, and painting processes, according to the company's needs.
Supervise the team of technicians and maintenance group leaders, creating a positive work environment, continuously improving the efficiency of the personnel under their supervision, and achieving the department's annual objectives.
Designs and implements the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Utilizes diagnostic and improvement tools to correct root causes of failures in production equipment, preventing their recurrence.
**Service-oriented attitude**: Addresses the needs of internal customers in a courteous, timely, and effective manner.
**Utilizes BRPMS techniques such as**: Ideas, TPM, 5s, PSP, Kaizen, etc.
Participates in assigned committees.
