Maintenance Operations

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
• Coordinate and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of all plant, equipment, buildings, and guest areas.
• Monitor the condition of assets and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements where necessary.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed service levels.

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance technicians, artisans, and general maintenance staff.
