Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Day Shift; Location: Belleville, Ontario.

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for providing maintenance direction and promoting excellence in all maintenance activities provided in the manufacturing plant of complex operation/and or large volume. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day maintenance activities, including timely troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and correcting performance issues. The position is responsible for ensuring a safe operation, key targets and results are achieved, and effective leadership of work teams while identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
