Maintenance Supervisor - Full Time

Brief Description: The maintenance supervisor is responsible for developing, deploying, and managing all necessary maintenance programs within the NMBS-Juarez facility, and ensuring that the entire operation and facility are at optimal capability and availability.
This position will also drive the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, manufacturing software, data analytics, etc.) to achieve greater safety, efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
To accomplish these goals and assure the facility is ready to commission the new systems, collaboration with Plant personnel, NMBS Engineering, suppliers, and integrators on project activities will be critical.
Hire and train new maintenance associates.
