Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for daily work schedules for Maintenance Mechanics.
- Ensure tasks are running as scheduled.
- Track and prioritize open work orders.
- Order parts and equipment as necessary.
- Identifies and performs process improvements.
- Interact with all levels of the organization in an efficient and cooperative manner.
- Lead and perform troubleshooting, repair work and preventative maintenance on all plant machinery, equipment and instrumentation to sustain plant operations at highly efficient levels
- Document project activities and prepare appropriate operating standards and/or maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes
- Complete documentation process for machinery usage, equipment maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance equipment shop.
- Maintain familiarity with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes, and relationships with appropriate equipment vendors and suppliers
