Position Summary

The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and leads a team of industrial electrical technicians, electronics technicians, and external contractors. The role focuses on reducing unscheduled downtime and maintenance costs through safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line supervision, technical assistance, and training to journeymen industrial electrical and electronics technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting of electrical problems, devise solutions, and formulate goals and objectives for the department.
