ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products will drive and implement programs to ensure a more robust, cost‑saving, efficient, and safety‑focused plant maintenance system at our Concrete Products plants. The primary objective is to create a proactive and preventive maintenance program.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Track overall maintenance costs and break down costs by categories such as parts and assets, using software to pinpoint high‑cost assets.
• Meet repair deadlines and maintain maintenance metrics (KPIs).
• Identify improvement areas and focus on proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Explore opportunities to bring work in‑house, for example by hiring a certified mechanic instead of engaging a contractor for each breakdown.
• Innovate methods and equipment to improve safety and efficiency.
