Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products (Flin Flon)

About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products will drive and implement programs to ensure a more robust, cost saving, efficient, and safety-focused plant maintenance system for our Concrete Products plants. The primary objective for this position is to create a proactive and preventative maintenance program.

What You'll Accomplish

• Track overall maintenance costs and break down costs by categories such as parts and assets using software, pinpointing actions and assets that incur the highest costs; meet repair deadlines and keep maintenance metrics (KPIs).
• Find areas for improvement and focus on proactive maintenance strategies like preventive and predictive maintenance, e.g., bringing work in-house such as hiring a certified mechanic instead of hiring contractors, and innovate methods and equipment to improve safety and efficiency.
