General Description
Supervises the group of maintenance technicians under their responsibility and keeps production equipment running according to the company’s needs, designing and following the maintenance programs required for this purpose. Also using company techniques and tools such as 5's, TPM, six-sigma, etc. Always focused on good use of resources and creating a pleasant work environment for their group.
Experience and Education
- Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in the area of production equipment maintenance.
- 2 years of experience managing personnel
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- Basic English for reading technical information.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive, corrective and root cause maintenance techniques, good command of troubleshooting.
