Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to safeguard personnel well-being.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to meet established objectives.
- Implement and sustain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
- Develop maintenance staff through training, response time improvement, and effective use of SAP PM.
