Responsibilities

• Installation of production and support equipment in conjunction with Engineering and Production guidelines under direct supervision.
• Maintaining smooth relationships with external departments through communication and cooperation.
• Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during, and conclusion.
• Oversee activities to encourage good teamwork.
• Responsible to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance material (including Tools, Subsidiary materials, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuit components, lubrication systems components, and pneumatic circuit components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control and mechanical systems.
• Assure the EAM preventive maintenance task to be performed accordingly.
