Maintenance Staff supports the entire project site including model units, guard house, and office facilities.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site
- Ensure proper sanitation of assigned areas
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of water and electrical lines
- Support survey team works
- Perform other tasks assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably with experience in housekeeping/landscape maintenance
- Ability to drive motorcycle is an advantage
- At least 1-year experience in mass housing construction is an advantage
- With good moral character
- Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas
