**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday and some weekends as needed. 1st shift position.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Performs specialized maintenance and/or repairs, i.e., electrical installations, HVAC, general carpentry, and plumbing.
+ Assists in maintenance of all Facility equipment, i.e., Fire Sprinkler, air handlers.
+ Organize and complete annual fire evacuation drill
