Joining our Property & Network Development Team in Madrid, you will be in charge of operational management of retail maintenance activities across Spain and Portugal – approximately 220 stores.
What You’ll Do
As Maintenance Specialist, you will take full ownership of maintenance operations in Iberia, ensuring service continuity, supplier performance and cost control, while supporting the department’s evolution toward a more structured and governance‑driven operating model.
Your Main Missions
- Take full ownership of corrective and preventive maintenance across Iberia.
- Manage HVAC systems and seasonal risk mitigation (especially summer peak periods).
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents (store downtime, safety issues, major technical failures).
