Maintenance Sourcing Specialist I

Take on the role of Maintenance Sourcing Specialist I at Owens Corning, ensuring timely availability of MRO and direct materials for Toronto and Edmonton facilities. This impactful position focuses on procurement and supplier management.
You will directly report to the Controller and work closely with the Operations Leader to support sourcing operations. Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders, running MRP reports, and ensuring compliance with sourcing standards. Your expertise will ensure that maintenance operations are efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source parts and reduce costs while maintaining service levels
• Create and manage procurement processes in SAP
• Evaluate vendor quotations and manage supplier performance
• Coordinate sourcing and define spare parts inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with Procure-to-Pay and SOX controls
