Maintenance SME – In-Person engagement with Partner Company Metallus.
Location: Canton, OH.
Responsibilities
- Develop equipment that is adequately maintained and operational to meet departmental operating goals and tactics within business plan periods and capitol and operational budget constraints.
- Provide assistance and indirect supervision of short and long range planning in processing departments to include maintenance days, downturns, and extended shut downs.
- Provide guidelines and specifications for contracted services and balance workload between internal and external personnel to achieve the quality workmanship in a timely manner at best business case.
- Provide preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs through the use of equipment specific information including past history, failure analysis, and infrared technology expertise acquired from reliability associates in the steel processing g...
