We’re hiring a Maintenance Section Manager to lead the Implant/Metal maintenance area within IC Front-End Operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on ensuring stable, predictable, and continuously improving equipment performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery - while managing a team of technicians and key maintenance processes.
Responsibilities
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve Safety, PM compliance, First Time Right, MTBF/MTTR, cost and efficiency
Run equipment performance analysis using PDCA , partnering closely with the Process team
Drive structured problem‑solving through 8D and task forces with all key stakeholders
Manage and develop the technicians team (safety, organization, shift staffing, behavior, team culture)
