Maintenance Scheduler (Remote)

Feldman Ruel Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler who's main objective is to coordinate the scheduling and execution of in-house maintenance work for our team of floating Maintenance Technicians.
In this role, you will monitor the prioritization, escalation, and completion of maintenance tickets across the entire company portfolio.
Beyond daily scheduling, you will serve as a key driver for system and process adherence, ensuring that all maintenance operations align with company standards and identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage the logistics of a floating or mobile workforce
- Ability to provide expertise and clear direction to site-level teams who may lack maintenance-specific experience
