Working closely with Planning, Operations, Engineering and Project Teams, you will ensure schedules are aligned with business priorities, available resources and operational requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated maintenance and operational schedules
- Coordinate planning and scheduling activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Monitor schedule performance, identifying risks, constraints and opportunities for improvement
- Support planned maintenance activities and operational work programs
- Ensure schedules are aligned with resource availability and changing business priorities
- Prepare schedule reports, progress updates and performance metrics
- Participate in planning meetings and schedule review
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and work management processes
- Maintain compliance with organisational procedures, systems and safety standards
