Job role:
- Prepare and submit to Project Manager for his approval, all required project documentation of assigned activities prior to submission to the client, supplier, or in-house other departments.
- Liaise, co-ordinate and follow-up with other departments, suppliers for their activities and deliverables.
- Liaise with client representatives during execution of the project for deliverables, follow-ups.
- Monitor and report to Project Manager, the progress, the short falls and the critical issues of the project.
- Interaction with project team members on day-to-day basis.
- Interaction with all relevant departments on requirement basis.
- Follow and implement the Department procedures, Company’s Quality/HSEM/ISM Procedures as applicable.
- Interacts with Operation Manager and other Department Managers and personnel at various levels frequently. ...
