Maintenance Planning Lead – Reliability & Optimization

PepsiCo seeks a proactive Maintenance Planning Manager to lead the site strategy in Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz). You will drive reliability, optimize maintenance programs, and align plans with production goals, while coordinating shutdowns and major activities.

Strong analytics, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential. Ideal candidates will have FMCG experience, CMMS/SAP PM proficiency, and fluency in English (Spanish welcome).
