POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive program of preventative maintenance for all assigned facilities and equipment within the real estate portfolio of the Lower Mainland. The Planner works indirectly with operational staff at a centralized maintenance facility located in the Lower Mainland. The position is responsible for developing the operational parameters for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and also provides technical and administrative support to other regional CMMS systems, province-wide.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities, maintenance management, or other relevant discipline.
- Considerable experience in maintenance management and planning.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the employer.
