POSITION: Maintenance Planner, Bugo Manufacturing Plant
Job Purpose: Translate maintenance needs into detailed, executable work packages - including labor, parts, tools, and procedures - ensuring all planned work is ready before scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed job plans for all scheduled maintenance work.
- Coordinate parts, materials, and kitting prior to job scheduling.
- Optimize maintenance workflow to maximize wrench time.
- Manage the maintenance backlog and work order system.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support reliability improvement through feedback and plan refinement.
- Control maintenance costs via accurate estimating and parts management.
