Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Brantford – Paper Mill
Shift: Conventional Shift (days)
Hourly Rate: $36.57
Reporting To: Plant Engineer
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule all maintenance work that will drive a culture of zero injuries and zero breakdowns.
- Use EAM software daily to manage all work orders and preventive maintenance plans.
- Plan and schedule all maintenance work two (2) weeks in advance and communicate to all affected parties.
- Work closely with MRO coordinator to update spare parts lists in MP2 as required.
- Use MS Excel to prepare timelines, and track costs for planned outages.
- Ensure all parties are kitted and delivered to jobs.
- Communicate with contractors for planned outage work.
- Ensure all work orders have necessary attachments printed; examples include HEPC's, check sheets, and any work instructions.
