Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and exterior grounds to ensure operational readiness
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and mechanical equipment
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest maintenance requests to minimize disruption to the guest experience
- Troubleshoot and repair issues such as heating/cooling failures, water leaks, lighting, and appliances
- Maintain exterior areas including walkways, parking areas, and building envelope (snow removal in winter)
- Ensure compliance with fire safety systems, life safety requirements, and Parks/authority regulations
- Coordinate and support external contractors during major repairs or capital projects
