Maintenance Mechanical & Design Engineer (Monterrey)

Objective

Schedule work and manpower to meet production demands. Maintain the preventative maintenance system and work toward meeting or exceeding the plants.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement the HSE strategy to be able to pause, think and act while doing maintenance activities as a value culture.
• Assured production schedules are met and all issues are resolved and communicated in a timely fashion and reasonable costs and Maintenance Capex.
• Responsible to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel (FMEA and RCM Application).
• Technology update, avoid obsolescence of machinery.
• Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant and maintenance crews (Failure Analysis/ Technical support / Training).
• Collaboration with AME to review new equipment engineering.
