Chard is a Vancouver-based real estate development firm with a passion for empowering communities beyond buildings. With over 30 projects completed or underway across Metro Vancouver and Greater Victoria, Chard has delivered more than 1,400 homes and 265,000 sq ft of commercial space–and that’s just the beginning. Our work spans purpose-built rental, affordable and attainable homeownership, strata commercial, and hotel developments. Every Chard project reflects our commitment to strengthening communities and delivering long-term value.
We don’t just develop real estate. We operate it too. In 2023, we launched Chard Property Group (CPG) to provide professional property and asset management services to our growing portfolio. Today, CPG manages several Chard-owned buildings, with plans to extend our Uncommon Care approach to third‑party clients who share our values.
