Maintenance Manager - TPM/Lean Leader (Flexible Hours)

One Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua to lead maintenance operations.

You will monitor OEE, manage the EAM system, and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement across machinery and facilities. The role requires strong knowledge of TPM, RCM, predictive maintenance, and Lean manufacturing, with experience in IATF 16949 and maintenance planning.
