- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to achieve smooth plant operations.
- Maintain utilities such as Boilers, DG Sets, Air Compressors, ETP, and electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
