Role

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of injection moulding machinery and equipment in the production facility. This role involves ensuring maximum machine uptime, minimizing downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the plant’s equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Manager will also manage a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality departments to meet operational goals.
