Position Summary: Maintenance is vital for establishing the communitys reputation for quality as well as for promoting the safety, health, comfort, and sense of well-being for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for assuring that proper maintenance is performed at his/her specific facility and network directly with the Operations and Administration Director and Director of Maintenance at Home Office.The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance of their community, including building exterior and interior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot while tracking and completing preventative maintenance items throughout the seasons.The Maintenance Manager will be expert in emergency preparation and response duties along with hazard communication procedures.
