**Job Brief**:We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations and processes of the company's facilities.Ensuring that all activities are completed effectively, safely and on schedule.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation- Schedule and assign work orders as well as proactive maintenance tasks- Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues- Supervise and manage employees of the maintenance department- Identify and implement proactive strategies that ensures efficient operations, in preventive, predictive, reactive and corrective maintenance- Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and tools through timely inspection and repair- Ensure all maintenance processes are consistent with industry regulations and ISO, SOP's, HACCP, OSHA and GMP standards- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary- Manage relationships with contractors and s...
