Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of preventive, corrective, and unscheduled maintenance for the communities they are assigned to, including environmental, health and safety requirements and special initiatives. This role is accountable for maintaining the overall condition and structural integrity of assigned communities while ensuring operations are safe, compliant, and efficient. The Maintenance Manager leads the day‑to‑day management, training, and development of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong service culture focused on delivering timely, high‑quality service and exceptional resident satisfaction. As a leader within their assigned communities, the Maintenance Manager upholds Parkbridge and QuadReal’s mission, vision, and values, acting as a brand and cultural ambassador to residents, colleagues, vendors, and the public.
