Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and permit-to-work procedures.
- Independently complete Risk Assessments, Method Statements, maintenance reports, and other HSE documentation.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance teams, including supervisors, artisans, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance and progress reports, ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, maintenance schedules, and equipment manuals.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
