Maintenance Leadhand

Cutting Edge Landscaping is currently looking to fill landscape maintenance lead hand positions to keep our completed sites maintained, cleaned, and looking beautiful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial, residential, and neighbourhood landscape areas to our Cutting Edge standards
• Organise, motivate and manage a crew of landscaping maintenance personnel on a daily basis
• Provide direction and feedback to employees, communicate with managers, and clients
• Operate a truck and trailer, and a variety of small equipment: mowers, trimmers, edger’s sheers, sprayers, back‑pack blowers, aerators, water pumps, sweepers, and other power & hand tools
• Equipment maintenance checks on trucks, trailers, mowers and small engines
• Daily paperwork including time‑sheets, daily logs, safety documents and spray records
• Have an attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
