Maintenance Lead Person (St. Thomas, USVI)

Job Summary

Distributes workload to maintenance personnel and coordinates the flow of equipment due for maintenance and preventative maintenance service.

Training & Records

Train repair staff in all technical areas and maintain records pertaining to the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years experience in heavy equipment repairs.
• Certification in diesel, hydraulic and electrical repairs.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Local Driver's License.
• Valid Passport.
• 10% Travel to various Tropical locations.
