Education & Experience-
BSc Engineering or BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Job Role includes-
- Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with Production team.
- Maintaining Job order management system
- To ensure minimum breakdown in machines including Dyehouse, Finishing and Utilities
- To ensure smooth Utility Operations such as Compressor, Boiler, RO plant, Water Storage, Diesel Generator and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
- To ensure all utility & machine parameters required for Production must be achieved in coordination with Process controller (Dye House)
- To maintain and control consumption of local and imported spares
- Preparation of Kaizen & OPL related with operations & EHS
- To maintain electrical supply system including HT/LT & gensets
- To control operational KPI's mainly Electricity, Fossil & Water consumption
