Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspections & Diagnostics: Conduct regular checks of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to identify problems early and report to management.
- Preventive Maintenance: Lubricate machinery, clean filters, replace worn parts, and follow schedules to prevent breakdowns.
- Able to follow instructions from Management/Owner.
- May unload/load and install equipment and appliances and set up as needed.
- Repairs: Handle minor fixes like drywall patching, fixing doors, replacing light fixtures, and repairing equipment.
- System Maintenance: Make minor adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules, inspect fire alarms, and maintain overall facility safety.
