JOB SUMMARY:
- Supervise and schedule the maintenance team on rotation to follow production schedules;
- Ensure that routine, planned maintenance, is completed on time;
- Ensure the maintenance team is on hand to address unexpected breakdowns when they occur;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work with your team, the engineering design team, and management to bring those improvements to fruition;
