Maintenance Equipment Supervisor

**Description**:
**Purpose**
The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and leading the technical personnel of his/her charge, providing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's equipment, and is responsible for avoiding downtime due to machine malfunctions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and ensure the Preventive Maintenance Program
- Supervise the effectiveness of maintenance activities
- Develop technical activities on the equipment to provide technic support and avoid downtimes
- Capture and analyze Program Downtime data for that purpose
- Accomplish management established goals and share them with the teamwork
- Lead maintenance technicians to accomplish goals
- Co-work with other departments to achieve goals
- Identify the top 5 failures and provide corrective actions according to problem solution techniques
