About the Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do- Oversight of tenant and building services provided by CBRE in accordance with agreed Site Service Matrix to service types, levels and costs.
- Manages building and manufacturing field services and executes day to day operations ensuring that services are in compliance with client corporate expectations (including OIMS/SSH&E/CIMS requirements) and applicable laws/regulations.
- Maintain regular interaction with Business Unit personnel to ensure good communications and service satisfaction, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
