Position Objective
Understanding the design, functional analysis, and operation of various technologies and equipment used at BRP. Must have the ability to identify, analyze, and solve field problems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Purchase of spare parts and request for external services
- Provide support for failures that are beyond the scope of the floor team
- Provide floor support as a supervisor on the shifts required
- Comply with the closure of projects assigned by the floor teams
- Plan work orders and assign them to the tool room department
- Plan, execute and supervise coolant changes for the machining area
- Provide support with the INAs of all relevant areas
- Coverage for the implementation of autonomous maintenance in all areas
- Support for the integration of new engineering projects (platforms or business units)
