Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Ensure maximum asset reliability by implementing and managing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies, leading failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and ensure business continuity.
- Attend the Shift Kickoff Meeting (Top 5 Meeting).
- Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, the 13 Logistics Safety Rules, and all established policies.
- Ensure asset reliability through comprehensive management of the preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PPM) systems, as well as control of the department’s operating costs.
