About the team:
The engineering and maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and production lines.
The team supports daily operations through troubleshooting, automation, and process optimization activities.
We work closely with production, quality and industrial engineering to achieve safety, quality and production targets.
Additionally, we lead the implementation of new equipment, line expansions and continuous improvement activities across the plant.
