Oversees and plan day to day preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for a specific technology or group of machinery. Development and execution of downtime reduction initiatives, and manages maintenance technicians, contractors, budget, capital and all necessary technologies related to his area. Follow up to projects OPEX and CAPEX. Execution of AOP maintenance initiatives.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor degree on Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related areas required.
- 3 year minimum experience in maintenance.
- English (Intermediate to advanced)
- Strong knowledge on personal management.
- Knowledge of the department's budget to ensure effective management of allocated financial resources.
- Strong knowledge and management on Maintenance metrics Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive Maintenance.
- Fully competent in technical languages for automotive industry machinery.
