Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time)

THE POSITION

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the general upkeep and repair of both the hotel and residence areas within our luxury property. The ideal candidate is a dependable, self‑motivated individual with a strong sense of professional customer service, excellent time management, and clear communication skills. A commitment to completing tasks efficiently and professionally is essential, as minimizing guest disruption is a top priority. The Maintenance Engineer is expected to help ensure the facility is well‑maintained and that all guests experience the highest standard of service.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates regularly with other Maintenance Engineers. The role may also involve task assignments from other department managers such as the Director of Housekeeping, and responding to maintenance requests from various departments, team members, or guests.
